You confirm that your access and use of the Bellboy Mobile Application, software and/or any services linked with the Mobile Application are also subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions, which you have consented in order to use the above.
1. Collection of Personal Information:
When you use the Website, Bellboy Mobile Application, software and services, the Company may collect the following information about you.
a. Information You Provide Directly:
You may provide information to us when you use the Website, Bellboy Mobile Application/Software and/or any services linked with the Mobile Application. This information can include but is not limited to: your name, age, date of birth, email address, gender, mobile telephone number, residential address, preferred location, NIC/CNIC number, bank and bank account information, credit and/or debit card information, order payment information including any reimbursement requests and other information that will identify you to the Company.
b. Information that is Collected Automatically:
-We may receive and store certain information about you and your device(s) automatically when you sign up for the Bellboy Mobile Application and use our Services. This information may include but is not limited to:
-Information in relation to the device you use to access the Bellboy Mobile Application
-The type of web browser and operating system your device is using to access the Bellboy Mobile Application and Services;
-Your IP Address;
-The Domain name of your Internet Service Provider;
-The specific pages you visit, content you view, features you use and the date and time stamp of your visits to the Bellboy Mobile Application;
-Any search terms used, history of websites visited prior to your access to the Bellboy Mobile Application app, and other clickstream data.
2. Use of Your Personal Information
We may use the information we collect or receive about you for various purposes.
a. To Provide You With the Services
We use your information to provide you the Services. For example, we use credit card information to complete a transaction or an address to allow the Bellboy to fulfill your delivery. If the applicable information is to be provided or Service is to be performed by a third party, then we will disclose the applicable Personal Information to the third party providing the information or performing applicable Services. Your information may be available or provided to third-party service providers and that are contractually obligated to protect your information as disclosed in this Policy.
b. To Maintain, Improve, and Personalize the Services
We use your information for our everyday business operations such as auditing, administration of the Services, forum management, fulfillment, and analytics. Your information may also be used to improve the content and/or functionality of the Services. We may use your information to help us improve offerings for Bellboy and/or our Merchants. We also use your information to personalize your experience. For example, we may personalize the content and features you see when visiting our Services. In addition, we may personalize advertisements, marketing communications, and recommendations to make them more tailored to your interests.
c. To Communicate with You
We use your information to communicate with you. For example, we may send you text messages or other notifications about the status of your orders, deliveries and ride hires. We may also contact you with promotional offerings or other communications that may be of interest to you. If we send you marketing emails about services that may interest you, each email will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future email marketing communications.
In the event you contact us, we use certain information to respond to your questions and assist you with any issues that may arise in your use of the Services. If you send text messages to a Bellboy, using the telephone number for that Bellboy available on the Services, we may use a third-party service provider to track and analyze these text messages. We track these text messages for fraud prevention, to ensure appropriate charging of fees, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, and for quality and training purposes. As part of this process, Bellboy and its service provider will receive in real time and store data about your text message, including the date and time of the text message, your phone number, and the content of the text message. You will not be able to opt out of transactional text messages between you and Bellboy.
d. For Account and Network Security Purposes
We care about keeping you secure and safe while using our Services. Keeping you safe requires us to process your Personal Information, such as your device information, activity information and other relevant information. We use such information to combat spam, malware, malicious activity or security risks; improve and enforce our security measures; and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not gain access to your information.
e. To Maintain Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Our Services are subject to certain laws and regulations which may require us to process your Personal Information. For example, we process your Personal Information to pay our taxes, to fulfill our business obligations, ensure compliance with employment and recruitment laws or as necessary to manage risk as required under applicable law.
f. To Enforce Compliance with Our Terms and Conditions and Policies
When you access or use our Services, you are bound to our Terms and Conditions and this Policy. To ensure you comply with them, we process your Personal Information by actively monitoring, investigating, preventing and mitigating any alleged or actual prohibited, illicit or illegal activities on our Services. We also process your Personal Information to: investigate, prevent or mitigate violations of our internal terms, agreements or policies; enforce our agreements with third parties and business partners.

We share your Personal Information as described below.
a. Service Providers
We may share your information with our third-party service providers for certain business purposes. This information is provided in order for them to provide us services such as payment processing, advertising services, marketing partners, web analytics, data processing, IT services, customer support and other services. These third-party service providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
b. Bellboys and Third Party Vendors
To help provide you with a high-quality delivery we also may share your information, including your Personal Information and order details, with the Bellboys who complete your requested deliveries and/or services. Similarly, we may share information with third party vendors to facilitate deliveries such as your first name and last initial and order information related to your orders with our Bellboy vendors.
c. Related Entities
We may share your information with our affiliates (entities that control or are under the control of Bellboy) for business purposes. We will require these entities to comply with the terms of this Policy with regard to their use of your information.
d. When Required by Law
We recognize that information related to your orders could contain private information. However, we may be required to disclose your information to third parties including law enforcement agencies when required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the safety and security of users of our Services, prevent fraud, comply with the law, respond to legal process, or a request for cooperation by a government entity.
e. Corporate Transactions
In the event of sale, transfer, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event we may transfer your information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction, including during the negotiation of an actual or contemplated transaction.
f. With Your Consent
We also may share or disclose your information with your consent or at your direction.

4. Social Media
i. By granting us access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that (1) we may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account (the “Social Network Content”) so that it is available on and through the Site via your account, including without limitation any friend lists and (2) we may submit to and receive from your Third-Party Account additional information to the extent you are notified when you link your account with the Third-Party Account.
ii. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts may be available on and through your account on the Mobile Application. Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or our access to such Third-Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then Social Network Content may no longer be available on and through the Mobile Application.
iii. You will have the ability to disable the connection between your account on the Mobile Application and your Third-Party Accounts at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
iv. We make no effort to review any Social Network Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for any Social Network Content. You acknowledge and agree that we may access your email address book associated with a Third-Party Account and your contacts list stored on your mobile device or tablet computer solely for purposes of identifying and informing you of those contacts who have also registered to use the Mobile Application
v. You can deactivate the connection between the Mobile Application and your Third-Party Account by contacting us using the contact information below or through your account settings (if applicable). We will attempt to delete any information stored on our servers that was obtained through such Third-Party Account, except the username and profile picture that become associated with your account.
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server, which encrypts the data that is collected. We use firewalls on our servers. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
7. Your rights
i. If you are concerned about your data you have the right to request access to the personal data, which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. At any stage you also have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
ii. You further have the right to be notified by the Company within 72 hours of your personal information being breached on the Company’s services. The Company is under obligation to inform you of the breach within that time period and outline any steps to be taken to remedy such breach.
iii. In addition to the above the User also has the right to ask the Company at any time by writing to the Company at the relevant contact details (email, office address etc) to erase any and all Data and/or personal information connected with their Bellboy User Account on the Mobile Application. It is noted that the Company will comply with the above request within 24 hours of receiving said notice and erase the User’s information completely from their servers without keeping a backup. Upon such a request being carried out, the User must be warned that their Bellboy account and any information associated with it will no longer exist.
